Dear users, please carefully read the following terms before using our services. Each visit to our website, as well as any purchase, implies that you have read and fully agree to these terms. If the conditions are unacceptable to you, please do not use the website www.maderotherapy.com.


These general terms of service establish the basic rules that will ensure the proper completion of sales transactions through the online sales platform of Maderoterapija centar, located at 49 Rajka od Rasine Street, 11030 Čukarica, Belgrade, Serbia, operating in the field of Other education, activity code 8559, registration number 64966138, VAT ID 110717256, website www.maderotherapy.com, contact email info@maderotherapy.com (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), and the end-user (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer).

The specified general terms of business of the seller are intended to provide the buyer with a clear and unambiguous understanding of the conditions under which a purchase agreement can be concluded, the manner in which such an agreement is reached, all the rights and obligations of the buyer when purchasing goods, as well as the information that the seller is obliged to provide to the buyers before the conclusion of the agreement.

Non-compliance with the rules defined here may result in the non-execution of the payment transaction or the unsuccessful completion of the order.

The regulations also specify the consequences that the Seller and the Buyer bear in the event of non-execution of the transaction or an unsuccessful order.

The Seller reserves the right to change the terms of use depending on changes in the offer of their services and/or applicable legal regulations.

The specified general terms and conditions of the seller are an integral part of the sales contract that will be concluded between the seller and the buyer.

The buyer is obliged to familiarize themselves with the information displayed by the seller on their website before each purchase, verify all information related to the terms of business, and adhere to the procedure for concluding a sales contract in all respects.

All orders through online sales are binding for both the Buyer and the Seller simultaneously.

The buyer undertakes to follow the following procedure when ordering online:

  • step 1 – familiarization with the seller’s general terms and conditions of business, notifications about the seller’s basic data, familiarization with all the buyer’s rights and obligations, all of which are clearly and unambiguously highlighted on the seller’s website;
  • step 2 – logging in to the portal
  • step 3 – product selection and adding the product to the user’s basket
  • step 4 – checking/entering the data for sending the order
  • step 5 – choice of payment method
  • step 6 – payment by bank card in case of choosing such a payment method
  • step 7 – checking the return message from the Seller – confirmation of the order and acting in accordance with the content of the message.

One person can order multiple products in a single transaction.

When the buyer completes all the steps mentioned above, it is considered that they have submitted an order to the seller.

The seller is obligated to confirm the order to the buyer within 2 working days from the moment of receiving the order or to inform the buyer within the same period if they are unable to deliver the ordered goods. If all conditions for the purchase are met, the seller will send an order confirmation to the email address specified by the buyer during registration, thereby accepting the offer to conclude the contract. The contract is considered concluded only when the seller sends an email informing the buyer about the delivery date of the ordered item.

If the seller is unable to provide the ordered item, they will send an email informing the buyer that the ordered item is no longer available and that the order has been canceled. In this case, the contract will not be concluded.

After a successful purchase through the website, the customer receives a confirmation by e-mail on the basis of which the service will be implemented.

The product prices are clearly displayed on the seller’s website, and all prices are inclusive of VAT. The seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, as well as the right to add or withdraw any item from the offer at any time.


Payment can be made in the following two ways, at the buyer’s choice:

  • Payment through a provided payment slip.
  • Payment by credit/debit card before the delivery of the goods to the buyer.

When paying for goods with a credit/debit card, the total price of the ordered items will be charged to the buyer’s bank account simultaneously with the order confirmation.

For orders paid through a payment slip directly to our account, the order will be shipped when the funds are credited to our account. The delivery time for the order is 5 working days from the confirmed order and the receipt of payment into our account.


In case of returning the goods and refunding the amount to a buyer who has previously paid with a credit/debit card, whether partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, the selleris obliged to make the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods. This means that, upon the seller’s request, the bank will initiate the refund to the cardholder’s account.

If the buyer skips or interrupts the payment process using a credit/debit card, the buyer forfeits all rights arising from the order process.


All payments will be made in the Serbian currency – dinars (RSD). The amount charged to your credit card is obtained by converting the price from euros to Serbian dinars at the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. When your credit card is charged, the same amount is converted into the local currency according to the credit card association’s exchange rate. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.


The buyer has the right to file a complaint to assert their rights in the case of delivered goods with defects or in the case of non-conformity of the delivered goods.

It is assumed that the delivered goods are in conformity with the contract if they meet the following criteria:

  • They correspond to the description provided by the merchant and have the characteristics of the goods that the merchant has shown to the consumer as a sample or model.
  • They have the properties necessary for the regular use of goods of the same kind.
  • They have the properties necessary for the particular use for which the consumer acquires them.
  • In terms of quality, they correspond to what is customary for goods of the same kind, and what the consumer can reasonably expect.
  • There is a public promise of specific characteristics of the goods made by the seller, manufacturer, or their representatives, especially if the promise is made through advertisements or on the packaging of the goods.

A complaint regarding non-conformity or specific defects can be submitted by the buyer within a period of 6 months from the date of purchase of the product or receipt of the goods, exclusively with the original receipt.

The buyer can file a complaint via email at info@maderotherapy.com, using the electronic complaint form available on the seller’s website. Simultaneously, the buyer must provide the purchased goods to the seller, which is the subject of the sales contract, along with the original copy of the retail receipt.

In the case of a complaint, the goods are sent to the seller via a courier service at the seller’s expense.

The validity of the complaint request is determined by the competent commission. The seller is obliged to respond to the customer’s filed complaint within 8 days from the date of receiving the complaint. The response should include a proposal for rectifying the defect or non-conformity of the goods, as well as a deadline within which the defect or non-conformity can be rectified, but not exceeding 15 days.

If the delivered goods are not in conformity with the contract, the buyer has the right to choose between requesting the rectification of non-conformity through correction, replacement, an appropriate price reduction, or declaring the termination of the contract.

If rectifying the non-conformity is not possible or represents an unreasonable burden for the seller, the buyer can request a written reduction in the price or declare the termination of the contract. Depending on the buyer’s request, the seller is obliged to refund the entire purchase price or the portion of the price accepted for reduction by the seller within 14 days.

If the buyer decides to terminate the contract, they must return the relevant goods to the seller within 3 days from the date of the declared termination of the contract. The agreed-upon period for the refund of the purchase price may be extended for the time needed by the buyer to return the relevant goods.

The buyer also has the right to terminate this contract if the seller does not rectify the non-conformity of the sold goods within the specified period. However, the buyer does not have the right to terminate the contract if the non-conformity of the goods is minor.

The seller is not liable for any damages that could be caused to the buyer by goods with defects when the manufacturer and/or importer of such goods is known.

The seller guarantees the protection of all personal data obtained from the buyer, ensuring that they will not be used for any purpose other than the execution of the sales contract.

The security of data during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd. Therefore, the entire payment process is conducted on the bank’s pages. At no point are credit card details accessible to our system.

The seller informs the buyer that any disputes can be resolved through extrajudicial means, i.e., through an agreement and in the spirit of good business cooperation, such as in the mediation process before the competent court.


The use of our services implies the user’s agreement with the stated Terms of Use. The seller undertakes to adhere to all the mentioned terms, and any changes to the conditions become valid only after being published on this page.


The seller holds the copyright for all of its own content (text, product photos, visual materials, databases, and source code) contained on the website www.maderotherapy.com. Unauthorized use of any part of the website without the permission of the copyright owner is considered a violation of the copyright of the maderotherapy.com brand and is subject to legal action.


The seller respects the privacy of its users and website visitors. Information from the registration process and other user data will not be disclosed to third parties. User data will not be made available to third parties unless such an obligation is regulated by law. The seller undertakes to preserve the privacy of website users, except in cases of severe violations of website rules or illegal activities by users.
